The Design
The design is very symbolic. The hat represents authority and power. Because it covers the head, the hat contains thought. The branches coming out of the hat with stars at the end of the branches represents brilliant fiery ideas. The color blue symbolizes trust, loyalty, wisdom, confidence, intelligence, faith, truth, and heaven. Blue is considered beneficial to the mind and body. Dark blue is associated with depth, expertise, and stability; it is a preferred color for corporate America.
